PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a temperature sensor which can raise temperature detection accuracy.SOLUTION: In the temperature sensor, outer circumferential sensors 30 disposed on inner circumferences of coils 110 each have a surface 31b disposed between the coil 110 and a top plate 101, the surface 31b being L-shaped in side view and provided with a temperature detector 32, and have connection plates 41 and 41 disposed to be positioned in planes parallel to the direction of a magnetic field generated by the coil 110 on the inner circumferential side of the coil 110, the connection plates 41 and 41 for connecting dumets 37 and 37 to leads 39 and 39. Further, the leads 39 and 39 of the plurality of circumferential sensors 30 are connected to one connector, preventing erroneous wiring in installing the temperature sensor. |
