摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To completely eliminate the entry of placed concrete mortar at a connection part between a reinforcement and a sleeve even if adopting a deformed reinforcement such as a low-cost bamboo joint reinforcement and to form a sleeve as a forged product to reduce the cost of a reinforcement joint.SOLUTION: The sleeve 1 is formed as the forged product. A solid part 6 having a diameter smaller than the outer diameter of the sleeve but not smaller than the outer diameter of the reinforcement 2 is formed, and the solid part 6 and a first reinforcement 2 are integrated by frictional pressure-welding at the abutting parts of both parts. In the forged product, a peripheral wall 10 includes opening seats 11 to open a grout injection port 12 and an air exhaust port 13, but a grout injection cylinder part and an air exhaust cylinder part projected from the peripheral wall 10 are not integrally formed. Resin adapters 17 formed with a grout injection cylindrical body 15 and an air exhaust cylindrical body 16 and protrusively provided at the peripheral wall of the sleeve 1 are seated at the opening seats 11 after frictional pressure-welding treatment to allow connection of communicating pipes.
