摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To independently detect space information even when there are a plurality of space information detectors.SOLUTION: The space information detector includes a light emitting source 2 for projecting light in an object space, an emitted light control part 3 for modulating the strength of the light projected from the light emitting source 2, a photodetecting element 1 for generating an electric charge corresponding to a quantity of light received form the object space and a distance calculating part 4 for obtaining a distance to an object Cb existing in the object space from an output of the photodetecting element 1. The emitted light control part 3 controls the light emitting source 2 so as to provide a projection period and a stop period. The distance calculating part 4 includes an interference deciding part for deciding whether a variation component is present in environmental optical components from the electric charge of the stop period. The distance calculating part 4 obtains an integrated value of a difference between two specific kinds of phase sections of the environmental optical components received by the photodetecting element 1 in a prescribed integrating time. When the interference deciding part decides that the difference of the integrated value receives an influence of the environmental optical components, the difference is not used. When the difference is a threshold value or smaller, the difference is used to obtain the distance as the space information.
