<p>The embodiment of the present invention provides a method and apparatus for acquiring information about the Signaling Forwarding Function (SFF), wherein the method for acquiring information about the SFF includes: when receiving an SFF subscription triggering message transmitted by the network the mobile terminal currently accessing, a network element for selecting the SFF acquires the information which is used to determine the SFF, then determines the SFF which is going to serve said mobile terminal according to said information which is used to determine the SFF, thereafter transmits the information about the determined SFF to said mobile terminal. By using the technique solution provided by the embodiment of the present invention, the mobile terminal is enabled to be aware of the SFF which will help its pre- authentication.</p> |
