PURPOSE: A high-frequency/high-performance phase shifters using pin diodes is provided to improve insertion loss, return loss, and root mean square phase error by using excellent PIN diodes. CONSTITUTION: Metal-insulator-metal capacitors(202,214) divide DC voltage and current. First inductors(203,213) apply DC voltage to a circuit. A first inductor blocks an AC signal A first inductor prevents the leak of a signal. PIN diodes(208,209,210,211) are alternated according to bias voltages(204,212). Second inductors(205,206) and the first capacitor(207) are functioned as a high pass filter. Third inductors(216,217) and second capacitors(218,219) are functioned as a low pass filter. A fourth inductor(220) blocks the leakage of the AC signal. |
