PURPOSE: A service providing method of a bill service providing system using IPTV is provided to supply a transmitting or paying service by supplying bill information from a head-end system to an IPTV subscriber terminal. CONSTITUTION: A subscriber IPTV is connected to an IP headend(S401). The IP headend confirms the connected IP address of the subscriber IPTV terminal(S402). The IP headend inquires the bill database of a bill service server(S403). The IP headend confirms a bill not to be transmitted or to pay(S404). If the bill not to be transmitted exists, the IP headend transmits the bill not to be transmitted to an IP channel of the subscriber internet protocol TV terminal(S405). |
