SOLAR CELL AND MANUFACTURING METHODS THEREOF

PURPOSE: A solar cell and a method for manufacturing the same are provided to effectively prevent the loss of light radiated to a substrate by forming a concave-convex on the interface of a first doping part and the substrate. CONSTITUTION: A first conductive type first doping part(20) is formed on a substrate(10). Dopant is doped on the first doping part. The conductivity of the dopant is opposite to that of the substrate. A concavo-convex(11) is formed on the interface(10a) of the substrate and the first doping part. An anti-reflection film(30) is formed to cover the concavo-convex on the first doping part and prevents effectively the loss of light radiated to the substrate.
