PURPOSE: An air-conditioner with a plurality of condensers is provided to ensure both compact installation and maximized heat exchange area of the condensers. CONSTITUTION: An air-conditioner comprises a station(A), a condenser part(B), and an outdoor fan part(C). The station comprises a compressor and an evaporator(54). The condenser part is arranged in the upper of the station and the condenser part has a plurality of condensers(52). The outdoor fan part is arranged on the top of the condenser part and has a plurality of outdoor fans(57). The condensers are arranged in the longitudinal and transverse directions of the condenser part.
