PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a driving device of a vehicle capable of suppressing deterioration of fuel economy accompanying switching of a power transmission state of a second electric motor.SOLUTION: The driving device 1A includes a transmission switch mechanism 7 for changing speed of rotation of a second motor generator 6 capable of switching the transmission state between a first transmission state for transmitting its power to an output part 5 and a second transmission state for transmitting the power to a ring gear R of a power dividing mechanism 4. In the transmission switch mechanism 7, a transmission gear ratio of a first gear pair 27 in the first transmission state and a transmission gear ratio of a second gear pair 28 in the second transmission state are set respectively so that the power transmission state of the second motor generator 6 can be switched while respective rotation speeds of a sun gear S, the ring gear R and a carrier C of the power dividing mechanism 4 are different from one another and the rotation speed of the second motor generator 6 is higher than the rotation speed of an internal combustion engine 2.
