PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technology for consolidating kana name data, which consolidates a larger amount of name data, with higher accuracy, that are identified with data existing in a master database.SOLUTION: For consolidating unconsolidated data including a kana name to the master database storing a Chinese-character name and a kana name, a rounding means (package dictionaries 21 (family name) and 22 (first name), kana name conversion dictionary creation part 200, misreading conversion part 301) uses predetermined rules to round unconsolidated data 31 (family name) and 32 (first name) that cannot be consolidated to the master database owing to the lack of a Chinese-character name written in Chinese character and the possibility of misreading of a kana name. A matching result editing part 401 consolidates and outputs resultant rounded unconsolidated data 35 (family name) and 36 (first name) to the master database 42. |
