PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance energy efficiency and power generation efficiency for enhansing use of natural energy such as wind power generation and solar power generation by performing power generation using wind and a solar panel simultaneously along with a pillar for wind power generation.SOLUTION: According to an installing method, (A) an attachment bracket A2, an attachment bracket B3, and an attachment bracket C4 are provided on the pillar 1 for wind power generation. (B) The attachment bracket A2 is attached to a solar panel A5, the attachment bracket B3 is attached to a solar panel B6, and the attachment bracket C4 is attached to a solar panel C7. (C) A wind power generator 8 is provided on a tip of the pillar 1 for wind power generation. (D) A solar panel A5, a solar panel B6, and a solar panel C7 are set to be eastwardly or westwardly to be fixed to the pillar 1 for wind power generation. |
