PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a holding pad attaching the whole surface to a holding surface plate while securing flatness even if its size is enlarged.SOLUTION: The holding pad 10 includes a urethane sheet 2 whose back surface side of generally flat holding surface P is subjected to buff treatment. One surface of an adhesive sheet 4 is stuck to the back surface side of the holding surface P of the urethane sheet 2. In the adhesive tape 4, nonsupport adhesive tapes 41, 42 having adhesiveness are disposed adjacently to each other. One surface of a resin base material 5 is stuck to the other surface of the adhesive sheet 4. Each of one surface and the other surface of the resin base material 5 is a continuous surface respectively. An adhesive sheet 6 is stuck to the other surface of the resin base material 5. The adhesive sheet 6 has one surface to be attached to the holding surface plate. In the adhesive tape 6, nonsupport adhesive tapes 61, 62 having adhesion are adjacently disposed to each other. The holding pad 10 is supported by the resin base material 5 at the whole surface. |
