PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heating device with a structure having a reduced size, and a hair care apparatus equipped with the same.SOLUTION: The heating device includes: a power supply portion 1 for feeding prescribed electric power; a heating portion 4 for heating with the electric power fed from the power supply portion 1 via a first power supply path; a power control switch portion 6 inserted into the first power supply path for selectively feeding the electric power to the heating portion 4; a control portion 3 for controlling the selective power supply in the power control switch portion 6 with the electric power fed from the power supply portion 1 via a second power supply path; and a body switch portion 2 inserted into the second power supply path for selectively feeding the electric power to the control portion 3.
