PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laminated sheet which can be cut in optional shapes and has high heat radiating effect.SOLUTION: A graphite sheet 11 is used as a base body and a plating layer (a metal layer) 12 is formed at least one primary face (an upper face) of the same. The graphite sheet 11 is formed by compression molding graphite powders. Here, the graphite powder is compressed such that the bulk density becomes 0.7 g/cmor more. An adverse influence such as expansion of plating liquid infiltrating among the graphite powders can be eliminated and the generation of peeling or voids at high temperatures can be prevented in the case of applying plating upon adjusting the bulk density of the graphite sheet 11 such that the bulk density becomes 0.7 g/cmor more.
