PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To recover carbon nanofibers in high efficiency for a long period by preventing clogging of a filter.SOLUTION: A trap filter 13 is placed in a flow path of a solution 3 containing carbon nanotubes 23 dispersed in a form of single body or aggregate, and the carbon nanotubes are recovered from the solution flowing through the flow path by trapping with the trap filter 13. The solution before filtering is irradiated with an ultrasonic wave by the trap filter 13 to flocculate the carbon nanotubes 23 and form a carbon nanotube flock 27. Accordingly, trapping of the carbon nanotubes 23 can be continued even if the surface of the trap filter 13 is covered with the carbon nanotube flock 27. |
