PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lyophilized preparation containing a compound A excellent in storage stability without damaging reconstitution.SOLUTION: The lyophilized preparation substantially free from a carbonate includes (4R, 5S, 6S)-6-[(1R)-1-hydroxyethyl]-4-methyl-3-({4-[(5S)-5-methyl-2,5-dihydro-1H-pyrrol-3-yl]-1,3-thiazol-2-yl}sulfanyl)-7-oxo-1-azabicyclo[3.2.0]hept-2-ene-2-carboxylic acid, its salt, or a solvate thereof which is prepared by dissolving the (4R, 5S, 6S)-6-[(1R)-1-hydroxyethyl]-4-methyl-3-({4-[(5S)-5-methyl-2,5-dihydro-1H-pyrrol-3-yl]-1,3-thiazol-2-yl}sulfanyl)-7-oxo-1-azabicyclo[3.2.0]hept-2-ene-2-carboxylic acid, its salt or a solvate thereof in an aqueous solution including not less than 0.6% sodium chloride and 10-50% hydrophilic solvent and lyophilizing the resulting solution, and sodium chloride. |
