PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a half blanking method capable of easily removing a small protective sheet on a top face of a protrusion and/or a recess formed by blanking a workpiece with a protective sheet, and also to provide a punching die used for the same, and further to provide a dieing die.SOLUTION: The half blanking method is used for forming a protrusion WP on the front surface or the rear surface of the plate-like workpiece W with the resin protective sheet on a surface. In the half blanking method, the non-cutting part of the protective sheet is formed at a part of the circumferential edge of the recess formed on the opposite surface of the protrusion WP by forming a part of the circumferential edge of the protrusion WP or the protrusion WP is formed so that the protrusion is formed. The punching die to be used includes the non-cutting part 29 of the protective sheet at a part of a circumferential edge of a punch tip part in a punch 11 vertically movably arranged in a punch guide 7. The dieing die to be used in the half blanking method includes the non-cutting part 31 of the protective sheet at a part of a circumferential edge of a die hole 27 arranged at a die body 21. |
