PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electromagnetic coil device, capable of reducing the manufacturing cost, and improving the reliability of the connection between a coil body and a buckle, and thus improving the use life thereof.SOLUTION: The electromagnetic coil device includes the coil body having a connection terminal projecting from the circumferential surface, and the buckle having a positioning flat plate and an inserting flat plate fixedly connected to the positioning flat plate.
