The invention discloses a construction method and device of a genetic map. The method includes the steps that molecular marker data and a plurality of individual sequencing data are received; the individual sequencing data are integrated according to the molecular marker data so that first genotype data of a preset format can be obtained; one or more of the marker miss rate of each marker, the individual marker miss rate of each individual and the physical distance between any two markers are obtained according to the first genotype data; according to one or more of the marker miss rate of the markers, the individual marker miss rate of the individuals and the physical distance between any two markers, the individuals and/or the markers are screened so that second genotype data can be obtained; the genetic map is constructed according to the second genotype data. According to the construction method of the genetic map, manual operation is omitted, time and labor are saved, the accuracy rate of sorting and screening is increased, the efficiency of sorting and screening is improved, and therefore the accuracy and the efficiency for constructing the genetic map are improved, and convenient conditions are provided for constructing the genetic map. |
