摘要 <p>The method for injection molding of a component, comprises injecting a light metal alloy present in thixotropic condition in two local differently arranged areas of a mold (10) and/or maximum ten differently arranged areas of the mold, to different time points. The initial filling of the mold is carried out in one of the areas. The injection is interrupted or concluded in the mold in an area, when the injection is carried out in other area of the mold, where nozzles are opened and again closed for injecting the light metal alloy in the mold. The method for injection molding of a component, comprises injecting a light metal alloy present in thixotropic condition in two local differently arranged areas of a mold (10) and/or maximum ten differently arranged areas of the mold, to different time points. The initial filling of the mold is carried out in one of the areas. The injection is interrupted or concluded in the mold in an area, when the injection is carried out in other area of the mold, where nozzles are opened and again closed for injecting the light metal alloy in the mold. The injection of the light metal alloy is carried out through time-dependent actuation of the nozzle. The nozzles are opened dependent upon the distance to the nozzles. The light metal alloy is supplied over hot channel of the respective nozzle. The light metal alloy or two different light metal alloys are injected in the mold. The light metal alloy is magnesium alloy.</p>
