ELECTRIC MOTOR FOR VEHICLE

An electric motor for a vehicle is applied to a train and provided with a fan (30) which is mounted to a rotor shaft (10) and introduces outside air into the motor. The electric motor is provided with a stopper (20) fixed between a bearing (50) which supports the rotor shaft (10) and the fan (30) which is inserted from the end of the rotor shaft (10) on the bearing (50) side and having a structure to fit with the fan (30). The fan (30) has a larger linear expansion coefficient than the rotor shaft (10) and the stopper (20) and is formed to be fittable in the stopper (20) by bolts inserted into the stopper (20) from outside.
