PURPOSE: A coriolis mass flow meter is provided to be built in a circuit board in small size and ensure the rigidity and the lightening of a frame. CONSTITUTION: A coriolis mass flow meter comprises a main frame(106), a sub frame(108), a vibrator(12), first and second detectors(22A,22B), and a circuit board(112). The main frame supports a vibration tube in a cantilever state. The sub frame is expanded in the space below the vibration tube, and has one end portion connected to the main frame. The vibrator applies vibration to the vibration tube and is arranged in the sub frame. The first and second detectors are arranged in the sub frame. The circuit board is supported in the main frame. |
