PURPOSE: A producing method of bibimbap(rice mixed with vegetables and red pepper paste) using abalones is provided to use the abalones, allium tuberosum, and mulberry leaves instead of meat. CONSTITUTION: A producing method of bibimbap using abalones comprises the following steps: making boiled rice(1); finely slicing the abalones after removing shells; seasoning allium tuberosum(3); seasoning mulberry leaves(4); preparing red pepper paste(5); preparing perilla oil(6); preparing laver powder(7); cutting unripe pepper(8); and mixing all the ingredients. |
