PURPOSE: A geodetic system for topography by confirming a reference point and a bench mark is provided to obtain accurate geodetic information by measuring the gradient of a geographical feature. CONSTITUTION: A geodetic system(100) for topography by confirming a reference point and a bench mark comprises a moving device, a gradient measurement unit, a GPS device, a terminal device(140), a touch screen panel(150), a transmission unit, and a fire extinguishing powder feeder. The moving device comprises a moving device body, first and second wheels, a connection terminal(114), a fire extinguishing powder outlet, and a check valve. The gradient measurement unit has a gradient measurement unit body, a pressing unit, a pressure sensor, and an ultrasonic sensor. The GPS device is electrically connected to the connection terminal.
