TRANSMISSION LINE PARAMETER MEASUREMENT DEVICE AND METHOD USING THE SAME

PURPOSE: A transmission line parameter measurement device and a method using the same are provided to improve measurement accuracy of line parameters. CONSTITUTION: An ammeter(120) measures the current flowing two transmission lines. A voltmeter(110) measure the line voltage between the two transmission lines and each ground voltage from each transmission line. A data compensator(130) uses line voltage and ground voltage to correct the influence of the induced voltage on two transmission line. A line parameters calculator(140) calculates line parameters by using a compensated voltage and measured current.
