PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a conductive coating agent that is excellent in storage stability and can form a conductive layer having excellent leveling properties, thermal yellowing resistance, and transparency.SOLUTION: A conductive coating agent contains: a conductive polymer/polyanion complex (A) consisting of a polythiophene (a1) and a sulfo anion group-containing polymer (a2); a polyamide (B) containing, in the molecule, an amide bond unit (b1) consisting of aminoethylpiperazine and/or bis(aminopropyl)polyethylene glycol and a dicarboxylic acid and an amide bond unit (b2) comprising residues of ε-caprolactam; and a solvent (C).SELECTED DRAWING: None
