PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prepare a recombinant fusion protein comprising a peroxidase as a component instead of chemical modification.SOLUTION: The present invention provides a method for producing a holoprotein, including: (1) preparing silkworms engineered to be able to produce an apoprotein; and (2) administering at least one cofactor to the prepared silkworms, and increasing the production of a holoprotein in the silkworms.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
