PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a water-degradable sheet in which the water-degradable sheet having sufficient strength and integrated by making a water-soluble binder penetrate the inside of a material sheet.SOLUTION: A method for manufacturing a water-degradable sheet is provided for forming multiple base paper (continuous drying base paper 1A, 1A) by ply processing, and comprises: a ply processing step of ply-processing the multiple base paper not containing a water-soluble binder; a solution application step of applying a binder solution to the ply-processed sheet (ply continuous sheet 1B); a drying step of drying the sheet (continuous sheet 1C) applied with the binder solution; and a winding step of winding the sheet (continuous water-degradable sheet 1D) dried in the drying step by slitting it to a predetermined width. The solution application step sprays the binder solution to the corresponding outer surfaces from spray nozzles 3, 3 provided corresponding to both outer surfaces of the ply-processed sheet (ply continuous sheet 1B).SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
