PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an X-ray diagnostic device, image processor and image processing method capable of generating an image in which blood flow restoration in a dominant area can easily be confirmed in thrombus removal surgery using a catheter.SOLUTION: According to one embodiment, an X-ray diagnostic device is an X-ray diagnostic device for generating an X-ray image of an attention region and includes an X-ray photographing part for photographing a first X-ray image before injecting a contrast medium, and a second X-ray image and a third X-ray image after injecting the contrast medium, and an image generation part for generating an output image with a ratio between difference between the second X-ray image and the first X-ray image, and difference between the third X-ray image and the first X-ray image defined as a pixel value.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 |
