<p>The machine has a blow nozzle (2) and a hollow mold (4) accommodating a preform. A plunger (5) is introduced into the preform during a blow molding operation. An outer diameter of the plunger corresponds to an inner diameter of a neck of the preform. The plunger is arranged coaxial to the blow nozzle and controlled via a cam control. The plunger surrounds a stretching mandrel (3) and is moved independent of the blow nozzle and the mandrel. The nozzle and the mandrel are controlled by a pneumatic cylinder. An independent claim is also included for a method for blow molding of hollow bodies.</p> |
