PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dielectric composition that can be used even in a high temperature region of 200°C or more, and to provide an electronic component using the same.SOLUTION: Provided is a dielectric composition comprising a plurality of crystalline particles, and in which, characterized, at least a portion of the crystalline particles comprises ABCO(where, A is at least one selected from Ca and Sr, B is at least one selected from Ti and Zr, and C is at least one selected from Si and Ge), and furthermore, a subcomponent is dissolved in the surface layer portion of the crystalline particle comprising ABCO, and the surface layer portion in which the subcomponent is dissolved is covering 80% or more of the surface of the crystalline particles.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
