Provided is an organic light emitting display device. The organic light emitting display device comprises: a substrate; a first electrode disposed on the substrate; a pixel defining film disposed on the substrate and including an opening to expose a part of the first electrode; an organic layer formed on the first electrode; and a second electrode disposed on the organic layer and disposed on the pixel defining film. The opening includes a lower region adjacent to the first electrode, an upper region adjacent to the second electrode, and an intermediate region between the lower region and the upper region, wherein the width of the intermediate region is wider than the width of the lower region and the upper region. |
