The present invention relates to a ceramic substrate, a manufacturing method thereof, and a crystal resonator package. According to the present invention, the ceramic substrate includes: a first ceramic sheet, a ceramic layer, and a second ceramic sheet which are stacked in sequence; and a cavity penetrating the second ceramic sheet and the ceramic layer. The ceramic layer is formed when ceramic paste is plastic, and increases connection between the first ceramic sheet and the second ceramic sheet through the ceramic layer to suppress a delamination phenomenon of the substrate after the plasticity.
