PURPOSE: A rice cake making extrusion mold and a rice making apparatus with an extrusion mold are provided to automatically and inexpensively manufacture a large quantity of rice cakes, and to easily manufacture the rice cake uniformly filled in the extrusion mold. CONSTITUTION: A rice cake making extrusion mold(100) for manufacturing a rice cake includes first plate, a second plate, a third plate, a first extrusion member(140), and a second extrusion member(150). The first extrusion member extrudes rice cake dough materials from a first space part(101). The extrusion member extrudes kneading materials surrounded by the rice cake dough materials. The first and the second extrusion members are formed to a cylinder shape. A first supply part(210) supplies the rice cake dough materials and is connected to a first inlet hole of a third plate. A second supply part(220) is connected to a second inlet hole of the third plate. A transfer part(300) transfers the extruded rice cake and cut the rice cake with a constant length. |
