The present invention comprises the steps of: receiving condition data values linked to a standard text block into the allocation region of condition data through a user terminal; receiving variable data values linked to the standard text block into the allocation region of variable data through the user terminal; and storing a completed standard document, which includes the condition data values and the variable data values in the standard text block, in a fourth memory, in a document providing server. The document providing server comprises: a first memory having the standard text block stored therein, a second memory having the allocation region of the variable data, which are linked to the standard text block, stored therein, a third memory having the allocation region of the condition data, which are linked to the standard text block, stored therein, and the fourth memory for storing a standard document generated to include either or both of the allocation region of the condition data and the allocation region of the variable data in the standard text block. According to the method for creating a standard electronic document of the present invention, a large number of standardized electronic documents are written by using a central data processing system and stored electronic documents are updated automatically, thereby enabling a user to write an electronic document appropriate for the user even without checking the accurate content of the standard text block constituting the electronic document if the user has the ability to allocate the condition data and the variable data. Therefore, many human and temporal resources can be saved in the process of managing and updating electronic documents. |
