Assembly of a veneer and a holding system for its transport

The disclosure concerns an assembly of a dental product (4) and a holding system for temporarily holding the dental product (4). The holding system comprises a first and a second part (1, 5) for sandwiching the dental product (4) therein between. The first part (1) is provided with a shape for fittingly matching one side of the dental product (4) and the second part (5) is arranged for releasably bonding another side of the dental product (4) against the second part (5). The disclosure further concerns a method of improving the aesthetics of a tooth. The method comprises placing a dental product (4) onto a tooth by re-placing the dental product (4) from an assembly as described in any one of the preceding claims directly onto the tooth, wherein a part (5) of the assembly is used as a tool for placing the dental product (4) onto the tooth.
