PURPOSE: A method for supplementing map data when producing a digital map is provided to generate a digital map approximate to actual ground survey data through the correction ofthea digital data corresponding to the curvature of the globe. CONSTITUTION: A digital aerial photo is divided by predetermined distance(S301), and the coordinate corresponding to the division location of the digital aerial photo is extracted(S303). According to a meridian and a vertical curvature radius, the circumference distance of the globe corresponding to division distance and corresponding coordinate is calculated(S305). A compensation value for a division distance error is calculated(S307). The digital aerial photo is corrected(S309), and a digital map is completed(S311). |
