<p>The storage (1) has a cylindrical container for accommodating an energy storage medium. A supply unit is arranged for supplying and withdrawal of energy to and from the storage. The container comprises a base plate (22), a circulating side wall (3) and a cover (2), which are designed in thermally insulated manner in relation to an environment. The side wall is surrounded by a reinforcement (20) made of fiber composite material. The base plate is formed as a binding concrete (5) made of reinforced concrete and as an insulation layer (7) made of expanded polystyrene.</p> |
