<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a ground stabilizer using dredged soil. <P>SOLUTION: The method is one which produces a ground stabilizer from collected dredged soil containing calcium carbonate and coal ash produced from a thermoelectric power plant and comprises the dewatering step of dewatering collected dredged soil, the heating step of heating the collected dredged soil to thermally decompose the calcium carbonate into calcium oxide to obtain burned dredged soil, and the mixing step of mixing the burned dredged soil with coal ash to obtain the ground stabilizer. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
