<p>Pressure-sensitive transfer paper manufacturing involves applying aqueous fluid on printable front side of a paper, where the applied fluid is dried. The aqueous fluid comprises hydrophilic organic polymer. Another aqueous fluid is also applied on back side of the paper and then the applied fluid is dried. The latter aqueous fluid also contains hydrophilic organic polymer. A third aqueous fluid is additionally applied on front of the paper. The third aqueous fluid includes thermo-active adhesive, cellulose and polyhydric alcohol, particularly glycerol or ethylene glycol. An independent claim is also included for a method for printing transfer paper, which involves applying pigments layer on front of a pressure-sensitive transfer paper.</p> |
