<p>A method for reporting a session state is disclosed herein. The method includes: setting a state expiration event on a Media Gateway (MG); and the MG judges whether a bearer session state has expired according to the state expiration event, and reports the state expiration event to a Media Gateway Controller (MGC) if the bearer session state has expired. Moreover, an MG and a system for reporting a session state are disclosed. By using the method, apparatus, and system herein, the MGC and the MG can control the session state of bearer resource in a simple and effective way.</p> |
