PURPOSE: A multi purpose tip for a universal medical operation is provided to efficiently cut only the hard part by transmitting the vibration of 24 to 32 KHz to a cutting blade through a tip body. CONSTITUTION: A tip body(110) is connected to a handpiece for a surgical operation. The tip body has a thin plate shape. A bottom cutting unit(122) is formed on the bottom of the tip body. A lower cutting unit plane-cuts the surgical part or extensively cut the hole. A tip end cutting unit(124) is formed on the tip end of the tip body. The tip end cutting unit punches the surgical part or extensively cut the hole.
