A method for providing a collaborative workspace for sharing information, the method comprising:
facilitating a communication between a server, a primary user and a secondary user to share the shared information between the primary user and the secondary user;
compliance filtering of the shared information over the communication for detecting if the shared information is to be approved before transmission of the shared data to the secondary user; and
processing the shared information at the request of the primary and the secondary user.
