<p>PURPOSE: A device for washing and collecting dust from a belt conveyor using an air knife doctor is provided to prevent dust from scattering by spraying water on a conveyor belt. CONSTITUTION: A device for washing and dust-collecting a belt conveyor using an air knife doctor comprises a cleaning booth(1), an air knife doctor(2), a sprayer(3), and a guide bucket(4). The cleaning booth is installed in the bottom side of a conveyor belt and has a belt passage(11) and an outlet(12). Dust is discharged from a conveyor belt to the outside through the outlet. The air knife doctor is composed of an air pipe, a spray part, and an air supply pipe(23). The sprayer is composed of a water pipe, a spray nozzle, and a water supply pipe(33) and sprays water on the conveyor belt. The guide bucket is installed between the air knife doctor and the sprayer and guides dust to the outlet of the cleaning booth.</p> |
