Implant and method for manufacturing the same

The method involves providing a body of an implant, and manufacturing a partially closed pore structure in a part of the upper surface closed structure of the implant body. The nitrogen oxide is provided in the hollow space of the pore structure. The upper structure of the implant body has a cover which is made of polymer containing parylene. An independent claim is also included for an implant with pores.
