A food cooking oven includes a cooking chamber, two heaters located in the cooking chamber for cooking food in the chamber, and a control circuit for controlling operation of the heaters, individually, in terms of at least one of time of operation and power supplied to the heaters. A conveyor in the cooking chamber conveys food successively past the heaters for cooking. Also included is a user control device for entering a cooking control signal of the control circuit to control the operation of the heaters as the conveyor conveys food past the heaters, thereby determining how the food is cooked. |
