PURPOSE: An earthquake-proof reinforcement device of a building is provided to secure the safety of the building by dispersing the load applied to a slab and to efficiently prevent the building from collapsing. CONSTITUTION: An earthquake-proof reinforcement device of a building comprises an earthquake-proof reinforcement member(10), a vibration proof pad(30), a synthetic fiber(40), and an adhesive filler(50). The earthquake-proof reinforcement member surrounds the outer circumference of a column(2) and a ceiling girder. The vibration proof pad is installed among a post, the ceiling girder, and an earthquake-proof reinforcement member. The synthetic fiber is installed between a building wall and the vibration proof pad.
