<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and a device for vicarious performance of announcement. SOLUTION: With respect to announcement vicarious performance processing, a device 2 for vicarious performance of announcement accepts announcement request information transmitted from an announcement request device 1 through a network 4. The announcement request information includes announcement contents to be read aloud by an announcer and a broadcasting area for designating an announcement object area. The device 2 converts the voice of the announcer to digital voice data and transmits it to a reception device 3 designated by the broadcasting area through the network 4. The reception device 3 converts the digital voice data to an analog vice data to announce it.</p> |
