<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide various kinds of band control services for each user. <P>SOLUTION: A packet transfer device which transfers data is equipped with an interface section which sends and receives packets and a shaping section which controls transmission timing of a switch and a packet to be outputted to an interface section at the destination of the received packet, and the shaping section uses token bucket algorithm to transmit the packet, while guaranteeing minimum guarantee band and leaky bucket algorithm to transmit the packet when limiting the band to be lower than the maximum permissible band. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT</p> |
