PURPOSE: A cooling system of powder calcination furnace for electronic components is provided to improve cooling efficiency by performing rapid cooling without the chemical deterioration of a material. CONSTITUTION: A cooling system of powder calcination furnace for electronic components comprises a fire-resistance brick(4), a tray(1), a heater, a space part(S), a top cooling path(10) and a ventilating passage(20). The tray is moved to the fire-resistance brick. The fire-resistance bricks are arranged on the upper of the space part. The top cooling path is formed through the fire-resistance brick. |
